Waiheke Road Reserve Chardonnay 2023

Pale Straw in colour. Has peach on the nose with lovely toast supporting undertones. It is a crisp full body with citrus undertones. Beautifully balanced with a nice firm lingering finish. It was made with a mix of different yeasts including some wild ferment and was put through a partial malolactic fermentation. Reminiscent of a top Chablis.
