2016 VINTAGE - 5 STARS
Delicious now but also well worth cellaring, the dark, sturdy 2016 vintage was hand-picked and matured for a year in French oak barriques. It has concentrated plum and black-pepper flavours, with a hint of liquorice. Fragrant and spicy, it has slightly earthy notes adding complexity and a long, structured finish. - Micheal Cooper
2015 VINTAGE - 3 ½ STARS
The full-coloured 2015 vintage is a medium to full-bodied red with fresh, plummy, spicy flavours, hints of tamarillos, olives and herbs, a gentle seasoning of toasty oak, fine-grained tannins and a very smooth finish. - Micheal Cooper
2014 VINTAGE - 4 ½ STARS
